Overview
In fall 2009, Reading Partners began working with schools in the greater Sacramento metro area.
Each on-campus reading center operates in a converted classroom or a library. Every reading center is staffed by an experienced Reading Partners Site Coordinator to communicate with the school staff, understand student needs, and guide volunteer tutors.
During the 2010-11 school year, Reading Partners Sacramento will:

Program Managers:
MARK ROBINSON
Program Manager, Sacramento
Coming from educational administration and curriculum development backgrounds, Mark is the Program Manager for the Sacramento region with Reading Partners. He brings a variety of experiences working with disenfranchised children who are lacking the functional skills to obtain success at their own grade levels, both academically and emotionally. Mark has developed a series of curriculum guides and programs that provide teachers with strategies to increase student achievement in the basic skills. He has a Master's degree in education (M.Ed) from the University of Central Florida.
