Students Improve Reading Skills & Self Confidence

  • Students, on average, accelerate an entire grade level in reading skills after only 30 hours of Reading Partners tutoring.

  • Students improve enough to get them out of the cycle of falling farther and farther behind and begin to enjoy school. Read more results

A gift of any amount will go a long way in impacting a child's experience at Reading Partners.  Here are examples of what your gift can do:

  • $10 can buy two new books for our Read Aloud Library at one reading center.

  • $25 can cover the cost of program materials for one student per year.

  • $100 can cover the cost of five students participating in our Take Reading Home component.

  • $250 can cover the annual cost of updating our curriculum at one site.

  • $500 can cover the cost of our Home Connections Program at one reading center.

  • $1,000 can cover the cost of 150 lesson kits for our beginning and intermediate readers.

  • $2,500 can cover the cost to recruit 100 new volunteer tutors to our program, enabling us to work with 125 additional students.

  • $5,000 can purchase the entire curriculum and materials for a new reading center.
